At Ghogxirechon, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted aroma candles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• The candle is unused and unlit
• The product is in its original packaging
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized candles
• Candles that have been lit or used
• Products without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at help@ghogxirechon.world with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our team to provide return authorization and instructions
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

• Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different scent or size, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for your desired item.

Gift Returns

If you received a Ghogxirechon candle as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us. Gift returns will be issued as store credit unless you have access to the original receipt.

International Orders

Currently, we only ship within Canada. Return policies apply to all Canadian orders.
